This notice applies to registernavigator.com and registernavigator.de. It explains how personal data is processed when you use these websites.

Providing this website
RegisterNavigator is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit a page, Vercel receives the data needed to establish the connection and deliver the website. This includes:
- Your IP address and the time of the request.
- The requested address, including any search parameters sent with it.
- Browser and device information supplied by your browser.
- Technical request information used to detect errors or abuse.
This processing delivers the website and protects its operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing a reliable and secure information service. The website cannot be accessed without transmitting the technically necessary data.
Vercel processes customer data supplied under the hosting agreement as a processor. Under its agreement, Vercel acts as an independent controller for certain data generated by operating the service, including data used for security and service administration. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries within Vercel’s network. Vercel identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses as mechanisms for international data transfers. Country search and filters
Search terms and filters are evaluated in your browser. There is no company search or user account. Search terms may appear in the page address and can therefore be sent to Vercel when that address is opened. Do not enter confidential or personal information in the country search.
Cookies, audience measurement and advertising
RegisterNavigator does not set its own cookies or store a search history in your browser’s local storage. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking services. The Satoshi font and other page assets are served through our own website hosting. No connection is made to an external font provider. The hosting provider’s technically necessary security measures protect against abuse.
Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry to respond to it. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related enquiries. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling incoming requests. You decide what information to provide.
External registers and documents
Links to official registers, data providers and sample documents lead to websites run by other organisations. Opening a link sends data from your browser to that operator. Its privacy notice applies to your subsequent use. RegisterNavigator does not embed those registers or documents as third-party page content.
Retention
We do not maintain a separate database of visitor or search profiles. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs and applicable retention obligations. Vercel describes the relevant criteria in its linked privacy notice.
We retain contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle and document your request. Information required by statutory retention rules or for legal claims is kept for the applicable period and then deleted.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the following rights:
- Access to your personal data under Article 15 GDPR.
- Correction of inaccurate data under Article 16 GDPR.
- Erasure or restriction of processing under Articles 17 and 18 GDPR.
- Data portability under Article 20 GDPR where its conditions apply.
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.
- A complaint to a data protection authority under Article 77 GDPR, particularly in your place of residence, workplace or the location of an alleged infringement.
Right to object
Where processing relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact mail@corma.de or our data protection officer.
The supervisory authority for corma is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia. We do not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or profiling for such decisions.
