Entities and information covered

The register covers private and public limited companies, partnerships and cooperatives. It also includes associations, foundations and public institutions. [2]

The short extract includes the name, code, legal form, registered office, legal status and manager. Basic data adds representation rules, governing-body members and capital. Extended extracts contain current registered information; the historical version adds archived entries. [3]

Identity, accounts and delivery

The free search form is public. The document services accept applications from any person who states a legal basis and purpose. For extended extracts, that purpose also determines how much personal information about third parties may be disclosed. [1] [7]

According to the service description, electronic register extracts appear in self-service within minutes of confirmed payment. The FAQ allows up to five working days after payment for written extract requests. Pending changes must first be registered. Acceptance of an emailed application may take three working days. [7] [6]

Published prices and additional charges

Fees as of 14 September 2026. Paper extracts cost €3.84 short, €4.15 basic, €5.23 extended and €6.35 with history, plus printing. The file-copy service quotes €1.48 per copied page plus €0.04 printing per page. These are published service prices, not a flat charge covering a multi-document order. [8] [9]

Order financial statements separately

Financial reports are a separate product. Select the statement set and then the individual report or document. An electronic report costs €3.96; an electronic archive copy costs €1.71. A paper report costs €4.46 plus €0.04 per printed page. Self-service offers the latest filed statements and accompanying documents. [10]

Electronic items are available immediately after payment and remain in self-service for 60 calendar days. Save them locally. Application-based orders may take five working days. An ordinary electronic report lacks the “Išrašas tikras” certification mark; an archive copy lacks “Kopija tikra”. [10] [9]

Participants and beneficial owners are separate

JADIS covers participants in specified legal forms, including UAB companies, small partnerships and cooperatives. Eligible recipients include the entity itself, recorded participants for specified information and third parties with a statutory right. [11]

JANGIS has separate access restrictions. For the extract showing the control structure, the authority lists reporting entities with a current ownership list and customers with a data-supply contract. The identification extract omits the full control structure, personal identity numbers and residential addresses. Both products are offered in Lithuanian or English. [12] [13]

Official evidence and ESI

An ESI is ordered for the applicant’s own entity and normally costs €1.92. The entity can share its access key; third parties use it to view the current ESI free. It is an official electronic document bearing the Centre’s qualified electronic seal. Subsequent registered changes can end its validity. [14]

For certified paper evidence, request an extract bearing “Išrašas tikras” or a copy bearing “Kopija tikra”. The ordinary €1.71 archive copy expressly lacks that certification. [6] [9]

Official samples and reading guides

Avoid common mistakes

  • An English basic-data extract is not a complete translation of every field. The official English specimen expressly contains descriptions without translation. [4]
  • Contract-client searches have a separate €1.07 direct-query tariff. Do not apply it to free public name searches. [7] [1]

Frequently asked questions

Can I obtain another company’s ESI for €1.92?

The ESI ordering service is for the applicant’s own entity. Ask the company for its valid access key or order an ordinary register extract. [14]

Are shareholders and beneficial owners the same information?

No. JADIS records participants; JANGIS identifies beneficial owners and, for relevant products, the control structure. Access rules differ. [11] [12]
