Choose the right register
RCI means Répertoire du Commerce et de l’Industrie, the Trade and Industry Directory. It covers natural and legal persons treated as merchants by law and carrying on commercial activity in Monaco, including sole traders, SA, SARL, SURL, SNC, SCS, SCA, economic-interest groupings and foreign companies. What a company extract contains
The official description lists incorporation and registration details, legal form, name, objects, duration, office, capital, financial year-end and authorised officers. It also includes incorporation evidence, official annotations and entity status. Other entity types have corresponding differences in their fields. [3]
Electronic seal and printing
The portal help requires electronic transmission of the digital extract. It says printing removes the legal value of that digital document. Check the seal in the PDF signature panel and send the original file. [5]
