ARBK is the Albanian abbreviation for the Kosovo Business Registration Agency, known as KBRA in English. Public research takes place on arbk.rks-gov.net. The linked rbk.rks-gov.net is an administration portal for registration and changes by owners or authorised representatives. You do not need that account for public company searches. [1] [3]

Choose a language
Open the official ARBK website. Use the language button to choose SQ (Albanian), EN (English) or SR (Serbian). Individual filed values remain in their original language. [1]
Enter a name or identifier
Use Business name or trade name for a company or trading name. A UIN in Unique Identification Number or business number gives a more precise query. Municipality, sector and status help narrow multiple results. [1]
Open the company name in the results
Click the company name to open its record. Compare identifier, location and status, then read “Authorised persons” and “Owner/Shareholders”. [1]
Actually open the document
Open “Documents” and use the download button for an available file. Records containing personal information may require anonymisation before release. [1]

Information in the detailed record
The detailed view contains the name, legal form, registration and tax identifiers, address, registration date and status. Further sections cover capital, authorised representatives and shareholders with their holdings, as well as governing bodies, establishments and activities. Use the history to trace changes. Advanced search options
Advanced search includes previous business names, legal form and fiscal number. It also provides fields for activities, employees and registration years, as well as names of owners, representatives or board members. A person’s name may relate to several businesses; identify each result by its company identifier. [1]
Document charges in the official schedule
The linked fee schedule 11/2018 lists EUR 2 for a certificate relating to a business, owner or director. A duplicate registration certificate or issue with a new date also costs EUR 2. Copies or business history cost EUR 0.20 per page; certification of an authentic copy costs EUR 0.50 per page. Electronic information is listed at EUR 0. [2] [1]
Why the linked schedule matters
The register’s fee landing page still refers to the older schedule 03/2015. Its linked Instruction 11/2018, dated 19 October 2018, expressly repeals that instruction in article 5. The amounts here therefore come from the newer original document. Article 4 provides for bank-account payment with evidence accompanying documents submitted to ARBK. [1] [2]
Access from abroad and accounts for an owner’s business
Public search and company details do not require a local identity document or account. Managing a business through the administration portal requires an account confirmed by ARBK for its owner or representative. [1] [3]
Avoid common mistakes
- The ownership section shows registered shareholders. This is not automatically a complete determination of beneficial ownership. The portal describes its data as informational and restricts automated reuse. [1]
