Search step by step
Find the company and request the appropriate document
Open the public search
Use “Search for a Business Entity”. Enter the company name under “Business Entity Name” or its known number under “Registration No. / Deposit No.”. A further filter distinguishes Company, Firm and Society. Select “Search”. [1] [2]
Match the result
Compare the name and number, registration date and registered office. Other columns include category, status, “Last Annual Return / Fee” and “Representative Institution”. A displayed status is a register entry, not a separately issued certificate. [2]
Open the attachments list
Select “View” beside the relevant result to open its attachment list. Filter by document type or date. The list includes annual filings with filenames and filing dates. [2]
Identify the document to the registry
Record the company name, number and relevant period. Add the filename and document date if an attachment is listed. The registry publishes telephone +1 264 497 3881. Ask for a plain or certified copy as appropriate and confirm price, language and delivery format. [2] [3]
Follow the notice for older certificates
The portal states that Certificate No. searches only work for certificates issued through the electronic system. It directs enquiries about certificates issued before May 2022 to the registry office. [1]

Further fields cover the registered office, last annual return or fee period and representative institution. The attachment list gives document types, filenames and dates. [2]
Use the attachment list
The attachment list identifies the documents filed for a company. Note the document type and date if you want to request a particular annual filing from the registry. [2] [3]
Access from abroad and delivery
Public search is available in English without an account. For document orders, contact the Registrar of Companies, P.O. Box 60, The Valley, Anguilla. Agree the required format, collection or delivery with the registry. [2] [3]
