Aruba: free basic search and extracts in three languages

Aruba Chamber’s registry lets you search basic company details without signing in. Protected details and official extracts are separate paid products. A current extract costs AWG 15 in Dutch or AWG 30 in English or Spanish. It is delivered digitally through My Chamber.

Protected online data and credits

One prepaid credit costs AWG 5 and unlocks protected company information. Purchased information remains accessible for 30 days; unused credits last one year. These periods concern product access. They do not certify continued accuracy for 30 days or an official extract’s validity. [4]

Timing and actual delivery channel

The extract page estimates four working hours after confirmed payment. The FAQ generally allows up to 48 hours and 48 to 72 hours for certain changes. Use the longer estimate for time-sensitive evidence. Current and historical extracts go to the My Chamber inbox; the FAQ expressly excludes personal email and regular mail for these extracts. [2] [3] [6]

Research and ordering from abroad

Basic search and product selection are available without an account. To create an account, provide your name and email address and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), an additional login check. The instructions do not require Aruban nationality. Extract prices are listed in Aruban florins (AWG/Afl.). The USD amount in the FAQ concerns the annual chamber contribution. When ordering an extract, check the payment currency, final total and any bank charges. [1] [6]

What Good Standing actually confirms here

The Good Standing declaration confirms compliance with financial obligations to the chamber as of the request date. It is not a general creditworthiness assessment. Its product page and the FAQ differ on delivery, naming the My Chamber inbox and personal email respectively. Confirm this product’s delivery channel beforehand. [5] [6]

Avoid common mistakes

  • The chamber does not issue those licences itself. [6]
