Choose the right register
GUE means Guiché Único da Empresa, the one-stop office for company procedures. GUE states that online publication replaces the corresponding publication in the Diário da República. Documents supporting the published legal act are archived electronically. [1]
A registry publication identifies the commercial registration number and entry date. Details can include the registered location, activities and capital, as well as ownership, management and signing authority. Check the entry date: later changes may supersede a formation publication. [3]
Names and abbreviations explained
Search step by step
From search to the right document
Open Publicação Online
Enter the company name under “Firma/Denominação”. Public search is free and does not require an account. The FAQ also allows searches by NIF, the tax identifier. [2] [4]
Open Ver and compare entries
Select Ver on the matching result. Compare company name, registration number, registered location and date. Read signing authority and subsequent changes. The public text can be read in the browser. [3]
Request the updated certificate specifically
The FAQ describes Novo Processo in the customer account, followed by 2a Via and the NIF. Completing the details generates a payment reference. After payment, issuance is arranged with a staff member. For older Sircon cases, it describes a separate document-submission and payment-notification route. As a third-party applicant, first confirm eligibility and any authorisation with GUE. [4]

What the published fee actually covers
FAQ 29 lists Kz 16,100 to update a Certidão comercial. The existing certificate is required; Sircon cases additionally require shareholders’ email addresses and a mobile number. FAQ 24 states no fixed statutory renewal period. The Kz 16,100 fee applies to updating an existing certificate. [4]
Account printing and collection
For a company incorporated online, FAQ 13 explains that documents can be printed from the applicant’s own account under Meus processos and Documentos. For in-person incorporation, GUE describes counter collection. Contact suporte@gue-sede.ao or +244 222 760 684 about the specific delivery arrangement. [4] [1]
Avoid common mistakes
- A PDF produced through the browser’s print function is your own page copy. It is not an additional registry-certified document. [3]
