What good standing shows

The English template names the company, states its incorporation date and includes the Registrar’s confirmation of good standing since incorporation. It provides issue-date and signature fields. The form collects company and business details, directors, capital and shareholders. It requests financial statements and audited statements where applicable. Ask the Registrar which records the company has filed and how to obtain copies. [3]
