The Israeli Corporations Authority operates “Tagidim Online”, תאגידים ברשת in Hebrew. The free record provides basic information. The paid extract (“Nesach”) summarises the authority’s data. Open the free search. “שם חברה” means company name and “מספר חברה” company number. Use the number where available to distinguish similar names. [2]

What information is available?
The basic view includes number, name, legal form, status and address, plus annual-fee debts and violation flags. The Hebrew extract adds capital structure, shareholders, directors and liens. The authority says the extended extract adds information from other public bodies at no extra charge. [1] [3]
What does the English extract omit?
The English version contains basic information only. It excludes liens and extended information and cannot be issued without a registered English company name. Personal names use Interior Ministry records; where English names are unavailable, the authority may use AI translations and mark them in the document. [3]
Download the company file
Select the company in the file service and pay for the order. The authority normally emails the link after about an hour, with delays possible. Retrieve it using the order number and order email address. Open the “Catalog” folder and save the scanned, electronically signed documents. [4]
Documents for use abroad
Incorporation and name-change certificates can be ordered in Hebrew and English, with or without an apostille, for email delivery. The guide gives about one hour for processing.
