Limited-company search is available without sign-in or payment. Results include the company name, file and certificate numbers, certificate date, capital, activity, address and liquidation or strike-off status. This registry view is not a certified extract. [1]

Research a company and its registry events

Choose the correct category
Open the public company inquiry. Choose, for example, الشركات المحدودة for limited companies or الشركات الأجنبية for foreign companies. For older records, also check the separate archive category. [2]
Search by identifier or Arabic name
Use the company name or registration number. Prefer a unique identifier and compare the name and address. [1]
Open the bulletin PDF
Go to the monthly daily-bulletin index and open the relevant date. The contents of issue 162, dated 15 September 2026, list incorporations, amendments, capital increases and foreign branches, among other events. Record the issue, date and relevant page. [3] [4]

Confirmation and copy charges

The published foreign-company tariff lists IQD 10,000 for a confirmation request and IQD 250 per page for copying. Certification has two separate charges of IQD 5,000 per copy. Form, filing and levy items listed in the relevant section are additional. These are component prices for that department. Requesting documents from abroad

Public search does not require local identification or an account. File copies have separate requirements. The foreign-company tariff provides for representation through a notarised power of attorney or a duly certified and translated instrument.
