Obtain an English report from abroad
Identify the business
Enter the company name or activity description on ItalianBusinessRegister. Narrow results with “Company Type Filter” and select “Search”. Compare identifier, legal form and registered office for the selected business. [2] [5]
Select document and account
Choose “Company Registration Report” or the latest available accounts. Document ordering requires an account. The accessed login page offers email login, “Register” and Google login. This is a separate route from Telemaco authentication. [2] [3]
Check the price and retrieve
The document enters your basket. Pay the displayed amount with a supported card; the guide lists Visa and Mastercard. The terms provide for delivery to your document area within 36 hours after payment, with access retained there for 30 days. [2] [4]

Choose the appropriate profile
For data and research, select the chamber-database access profile. Certificati require profile 2, which also includes electronic filing. Registration and activation are free; document retrieval is charged. [8] [6]
Search precisely
Telemaco accepts company name, tax code, VAT number and REA number, among other criteria. Further filters include geography and legal form. Cancelled companies and local units can be included or excluded. Select a historical Visura or a specific information block to match your enquiry. [7]

What the report contains
An ordinary Visura contains legal form, incorporation, office, capital, activity, management, representation powers and local units. Members and interests appear according to legal form. A historical Visura adds the recorded change history. Coverage depends on what was filed and registered at the chamber. [6]
Accounts and older files
Telemaco provides current and earlier filed accounts for corporations. After purchasing the PDF, the available XBRL financial tables can be converted into several formats and English, French or German without extra charge. That does not automatically translate all attachments. Genoa’s chamber directs enquiries for pre-1994 filings to the competent chamber’s paper archive. [7] [9]
Important international-portal limitation
ItalianBusinessRegister’s terms exclude companies in winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings from its offered dataset. A missing result there must not be treated as proof of no register existence. For such entities, use the regular register route through Telemaco or the competent chamber. [4] [7] [9]
Information report versus certificate
A Visura is an official information document but is not a Certificato. Its QR code checks correspondence with the document produced at extraction. A Certificato has certification status and is valid for six months according to register guidance. Remote printing through Telemaco requires designated watermarked paper and the appropriate holographic mark. Stamp duty may also apply. [6] [5]
Beneficial ownership access is suspended
In its notice updated 23 July 2026, the Frosinone-Latina chamber confirms continued suspension of accreditation, consultation and access to the beneficial-ownership register. Public membership information in a Visura also differs from identifying the natural person with ultimate control. [11] [6]

- The free impresa.italia.it service concerns your own company’s documents after identity is matched to your registered role. It is not free access to every third-party company file. [6]
Frequently asked questions
Can I research without SPID?
The official international service ItalianBusinessRegister has its own account route with email login. Telemaco has separate Italian identity requirements. [1] [3] [8]
Can I download the report again later?
The international portal’s terms retain purchased documents for 30 days. Accounts are deactivated after 180 days without access. [4]
Is the English report a separate translation service?
No. InfoCamere provides the Company Registration Report as the English equivalent of the current company profile at the same price. The QR code on the first page lets you check it against the register record at the time it was produced. [5]
