The state database “Юридические лица” contains registry information on legal entities, branches and representative offices. The service offers different enquiry types. Names and abbreviations explained
- BIN / БИНBusiness Identification Number
- Identifier used for a targeted business enquiry. The current service asks for a BIN or identification through advanced search. [1]
- ЭЦПElectronic digital signature

- База мобильных гражданMobile Citizens Database

Search step by step
Request registry information
Open the current eGov service
Open P30.01 “Справки/сведения по юридическим лицам”. The service names the Ministry of Justice as provider. Select “Заказать услугу” to start. If you are not signed in, the portal requests authentication. [1]
Sign in and choose the enquiry type
Sign in using the QR code through eGov mobile or your electronic signature. Then select the information you need. For the current registry entry, choose the registered legal entity, branch or representative office details. [1] [3]
Identify the entity by BIN or search criteria

Confirm the request and retrieve the result
The instructions provide for confirmation by electronic signature or, on the applicable route, an SMS one-time code sent to a registered mobile number. Targeted enquiries rather than one universal extract
The official overview includes information about a registered legal entity, its branches and representative offices, participation of a legal entity in other legal entities, and the registry position at a specified date. Select the enquiry according to your question. A branch document does not automatically answer an ownership-participation question. [2]
