Search step by step
Find a company in eBRS
Open the public search
Open eBRS. If the sign-in page appears, select “Registered enterprises” below the form. This public search does not require an account. [1]
Filter by name or number
Open Filter by. Enter the Registration number or the company name under Enterprise name English or Enterprise name Lao. Other filters cover enterprise type, registration status, registration dates and last update. Run the query with Search. [1]
Check the match and update date
Compare the registration number and both company names. Record the registration status and Last Update Date. If the number of results stays unchanged, check that your filter was actually applied. [1]
Request the required official copy
For a certificate, contact the Department of Enterprise Management at dem@moic.gov.la with the identified number. Specify whether you require a plain copy or a certified confirmation. Confirm third-party eligibility, authorisation, charges and delivery. [2] [3]

A formation fee is not an extract price

What the public table contains
The public table shows the company’s identity, location and status. It has no columns for shareholders, beneficial owners or full annual accounts. Ownership and financial information require additional sources. [1]
