Confirm the current total charge
The registry instructions list several fee and stamp items without a reliable current tariff date. An official circular dated 14 March 2025 illustrates subsequent changes to documentary stamp duties. Ask the registry office for the current items applicable to your certificate, including any legal representation. Establish signing authority specifically
For the إذاعة تجارية, the authorised signatory is named and a specimen signature is recorded at the registry. When an existing signatory changes, the procedure requires the relevant social-security clearance. This is an additional procedural step, not information contained in every basic registration certificate. [4]
