Choose the right register

MyCO is the company registry operated by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, or DICA. Guest access helps identify a company and its registration status. Search step by step

From company name to extract

Search without signing in
Open Company Search and enter the name or registration number. Advanced search and sorting help with large result sets. Results can also identify a match against a former company name. [1]
Identify the registry entry
Open the registration number and compare the name, incorporation date, legal form and status. The public profile also shows activities and “Foreign Company” and “Small Company” indicators. Directors and shareholders require the detailed information service. [1]
Activate an account and select the document
Create a MyCO account with a valid email address and activate it through the confirmation email. Once signed in, open the Company Profile and choose Order Document. Select Company Extract for current information or Historical Company Extract for previous registry information. [2] [4] [3]
Pay and retrieve electronically
Check the selected product and amount. DICA describes Submit, Pay by Credit Card or MPU, followed by Order Document or View Document Box. My Orders allows retrieval again. The instructions limit reuse to the period before the company information changes. [4]

What the extract adds

The official fee notification describes the current extract as including share capital and shareholder details. For the historical extract it additionally identifies former and current directors and former company names. These are registry filings. [6]

Access from abroad

Company search is available without an account or proof of identity. The account form supports overseas address countries, including Germany. Electronic delivery and paper

Under the MyCO Delivery Policy, paid transactions are made available electronically in the browser immediately. You print any copies you need yourself. Ask the registry separately about official paper copies or delivery abroad. [5]

Fees by document type

The current MyCO table lists MMK 10,000 for the Company Extract and MMK 20,000 for the historical extract. A certified copy of the incorporation certificate costs MMK 10,000.
