Order the appropriate registry document
Choose report or certificate
For research, choose Informação escrita de registo comercial. If the recipient needs official evidence, choose Certidão de registo comercial. The report does not replace a certificate. [1] [2]
Check the access route
Without “One Account”, use guest access for written information. Verify your mobile number by SMS before applying. The available calling codes are China (+86), Hong Kong (+852), Macao (+853) and Portugal (+351). Germany’s code is not listed. [3]
Choose the scope
Provide the name or registration number. The report offers a concise current version or a detailed version including current and cancelled data. Pay and retrieve the result
The electronic written report costs MOP 20 and is due within half an hour. Guests use the download code in the separate collection section. What the guest route offers from abroad
Electronic written information is available without “One Account”. The guest application requires SMS verification and offers the four calling codes listed above. Electronic and paper fees
The report costs MOP 20. The certificate costs MOP 50 plus stamp duty: a flat MOP 15 electronically, totalling MOP 65. Paper-certificate stamp duty is MOP 15 plus MOP 5 per additional page.
