What the inspection right covers

Section 12(2) allows a person, on payment of the prescribed fee, to inspect company documents lodged with the Registrar. It also provides for issuing or certifying a certificate, copy or extract. The provision does not specify local citizenship as an access condition. It does not describe an overseas ordering workflow. [5]

The official form records the registered office, location of the members register and capital particulars. Further fields cover registered charges, directors, managers and auditors.
