Two registry certificates with a stated charge

Page 25 of the August 2025 Carta dei Servizi lists the Certificato di Vigenza and Certificato di Vigenza Storica. Both are generated from REG SOC and issued immediately when requested at the counter. Each document requires a EUR 15 revenue stamp. These items do not establish a separate online consultation price. [2]

What the register records

The service charter describes company registration and changes to constitutive documents, officeholders, share ownership and capital. Annual accounts are filed electronically in XBRL. These filing requirements alone do not establish which fields or attachments an external user may inspect after signing in. For ownership information or a specific annual account, ask the office for the precise record available. [2]

Non-residents can also apply for a portal account
