EGRPO is the Russian abbreviation for the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organisations; KTYDR is the Uzbek abbreviation. The statistics authority combines administrative data on legal entities with official classifications. The legal framework covers active, inactive and liquidated entities. This is a data register, not unrestricted access to an archive of all corporate filings. [2] [4]

Names and abbreviations explained

STIR / ИНН / TINTaxpayer Identification Number: The target legal entity’s identifier. The legal framework expressly identifies it as the key for free individual lookup. It differs from the requester’s personal identification number. [2]
PINFL / JShShIRPersonal identification number: Identifier of a natural person for government services. A registry-information application may require passport or ID details and this personal number. [2] [6]

Information covered by the register service

Annex 23 lists entity name, tax identifier, main activity, area code, address and available contact details. It also covers legal form, registering authority, registration date and number, size classification, activity status, capital, founders and management. Founder information is not automatically evidence of all current beneficial owners. [2]

Separate free lookup from volume pricing

For an individual legal entity, the legal framework allows free retrieval by STIR through the competent authority’s information system. The application service sets a base fee per organisation of 2% of the base calculation amount for up to 100 organisations, 1% for 100 to 10,000 and 0.5% above 10,000. The linked tariff page gives the same bands. Clause 9 of the general procedure charges 90% of the prescribed fee for applications through my.gov.uz. Access without Uzbek citizenship

The service lists natural and legal persons without specifying citizenship in its short description. The portal describes PINFL and OneID as access credentials for foreign users. Electronic original and paper issue

Under clause 13, the certificate is created with a QR code, electronically signed and sent through the portal to the requester or service centre.
