Choose the right register
ACPCE stands for Agence Congolaise Pour la Création des Entreprises. The agency supports company procedures and publishes a company list. RCCM means Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier, the commercial and movable-security register. Under OHADA law, the competent court registry or designated national office maintains it. [1] [4]

Identify the company and obtain an extract
Open Liste des entreprises
Search by name in “Rechercher”. Additional filters cover company name, legal form, capital, activity and RCCM number. [2]
Copy the complete RCCM number
Record the number and company name. Check that legal form and activity match. The list itself does not provide an order function for a certified current extract. [2]
Confirm the responsible registry and output
Ask the competent registry for a current extrait RCCM or a copie certifiée conforme of the specified document. If the office is unknown, use the regional ACPCE contact directory or infos@acpce.cg. Provide registered location, company name and RCCM number. Confirm fees, remote application, certification, language and delivery before payment. [3] [4]

Distinguish electronic information and certification
Article 97 of the OHADA Act provides for electronic registry information and extracts or copies of published documents. Under Article 98, electronic information without expressly requested certification is only ordinary information. A certified electronic copy requires the specified authenticity and integrity safeguards. [4]
