Choose the right register

RCCM means Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier. It covers business registrations and security interests in movable property. The greffe is the court registry office holding the records. Abidjan Commercial Court also performs national RCCM file functions. [2]

From a company search to the required evidence

Open the public register search
Use the “Entreprise” field for an RCCM number, company name or abbreviation. The form also lists personal names and trading names. “N° Formalité” and “Date demande” allow further filtering. Start with a distinctive part of the name. [1] [5]
Separate the company from the formality
Read “Numéro RCCM” as the company identifier and “N° de formalité” as the formality identifier. The table also gives date, name and formality type. “Modification” means amendment and “Radiation” deletion. [1] [3] [5]
Specify the record you need
Ask the greffe for a current register extract or the specified document from the individual file. Provide the company name, RCCM number and, where relevant, the amendment date and number. Make a separate Crédit Mobilier request for security interests. [2] [4]

The court lists infos@tribunalcommerceabidjan.ci. Ask for the total price, payment method and eligibility of an outside requester. Explicitly agree digital issue, a scan or paper.
