Reportal is operated by the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision, or SARAS. It provides access to filed company reports. Use the identification number from the company register where possible to select the correct legal entity’s statements. [9] [10]

Search step by step
Find a business in the register
Open the public search
Open the English register interface and expand Search company. This search does not require an account. Search application instead concerns registry applications. [1]
Search by number or Georgian name
Enter the identifier under Identification code or personal number. Alternatively use Name of organization. The portal expressly instructs users to search names in Georgian. Ask the business for its registered spelling if necessary. [1]
Narrow and identify the result
Use Legal form to narrow the legal form; Email of organization is another available field. Select Search. Compare the identification number, name, legal form and status in the results. An entry may, for example, be active, reorganised or have its registration suspended. [1]
Open the entry
Open the matching result. The register may request a security code at this point. The free results list and access to the underlying documents are therefore separate steps. [2]
Request a new extract or an archive copy
Choose the required product
Choose Preparation of extract for a newly prepared registry record. Choose Preparation of electronic copies of documents stored in the archives for a copy of an existing archived document. Specify the identification number and the document needed. [3]
Choose the application route
The NAPR guide lists Public Service Halls, territorial registry offices and authorised reception points. It identifies my.gov.ge as the online route. Prepare the application, identity document and payment proof for an extract. The guide expressly includes a passport among accepted identity documents. [7]
Select the turnaround and language
An online extract costs 13 GEL within one working day or 52 GEL on the application day. An English extract adds 26 GEL to the applicable tariff, making the standard online English version 39 GEL in total. The guide counts the ordinary processing period from the day after the application is registered; the separate expedited service follows the current tariff. [3] [7]
Research financial statements in Reportal
Enter the identifier or company name
Open Reportal’s Reports search. The Name field also accepts a company identifier. Select the matching entity from the suggested results. [10]
Choose the reporting year
Select Reporting year and then Search. Other filters cover legal form, size category and main activity. Category and activity fields become available after selecting the reporting year. [10]
Distinguish the report view from the account
Open the company and the ანგარიშგება (reporting) section, then choose the year. Reportal requires login in this view. Registration opens a reader-account form with first name, surname, email, password and security code. The separate filing login at rms.reportal.ge is intended for reporting entities. [10] [11] [16]
Check the scope of the report
Check the year and the legal entity concerned. Reportal includes financial reporting, audit information and group structure. A special access route applies to fourth-category entities. [9] [10] [12]

What the company register covers
The register covers limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, general partnerships, limited partnerships and cooperatives. Its search options also include individual entrepreneurs, non-commercial legal entities and foreign-company branches. [4] [1]
NAPR’s FAQ describes registered data and documents from registration proceedings as public. These include registration decisions and related procedural documents. A founding agreement contains the articles; subsequent filings may change the registered position. [4]
The results list identifies the entity and its status. For historical research, note the date of each archive document; for current representation questions, also check the present status. [1] [3] [5]
Login and access from abroad
The public company search works without login. Its form requires neither a Georgian identity document nor a Georgian company of your own. Opening a result may add a security-code challenge. NAPR’s FAQ expressly allows any person to request an extract. [1] [2] [4]
The official guide accepts a passport as identity evidence for an in-person extract request. The online route uses my.gov.ge, with its own ID-card or username-and-password login. Rely on the online tariff only if you can use that portal account. The general right to obtain an extract does not itself create an online account. [7] [8]
Requirements for an entity’s authorised page on the electronic registry portal concern managing and representing the registered entity. NAPR lists a Georgian mobile number and email for that role. These are not prerequisites for the public company search. [4] [1]
The Reportal reader account is separate again. Its visible registration form requests names, email, password and a security code. The company filing service instead requires identification through Georgia’s Revenue Service credentials. Use the reader registration for research. [11] [16]
Fees for extracts and archive records
NAPR’s current tariff distinguishes an ordinary extract request from an electronic internet request. A newly prepared extract costs 20 GEL within one working day or 75 GEL on the application day. The internet-request rates are 13 GEL and 52 GEL respectively. [3]
English adds 26 GEL. The online totals are therefore 39 GEL for standard processing or 78 GEL on the application day. The ordinary application-route totals are 46 GEL and 101 GEL. These totals concern the registry extract; additional translations or authentication for a foreign use are not listed as included services. [3]
Electronic copies of documents already held in the archive are free within four working days. Preparation of information is a separate registry-information product costing 13 GEL within four working days, 26 GEL within one working day or 39 GEL on the application day. Select the product that meets your need. [3]
Registrations suspended from April 2026
Read a result with suspended registration carefully. NAPR’s notice of 4 June 2026 states that entities suspended on 1 April 2026 may restore their status by bringing their registration data into compliance by 1 April 2027. Suspension should therefore not automatically be treated as final dissolution. [5]
The notice identifies restrictions on representative authority and updating the extract during suspension. It exempts individual entrepreneurs, non-commercial legal entities and branches of foreign non-commercial legal entities from the compliance requirement. Check legal form and current status together. [5]
Shareholders and beneficial owners
Participant searches and registry documents are starting points for ownership research. A named shareholder or representative is not automatically the natural person behind the business. If a shareholder is another entity, also investigate its ownership and control structure. [1] [4] [14]
Article 13 of Georgia’s current anti-money-laundering law covers natural persons with at least 25% of shares or voting rights, directly or indirectly, and persons exercising ultimate control by other means. These rules concern obliged entities. They do not establish a publicly downloadable beneficial-ownership certificate. [13] [14]
Financial statements, reporting years and access limits
Reportal publishes filed financial reports and other company information. Article 9’s filing rule covers required reports and, where applicable, the audit opinion. Calendar-year entities generally file by 1 October of the following year; entities with another year-end file within nine months after it. [12] [9]
SARAS generally publishes filed reports within one month. Fourth-category entities fall outside the ordinary publication route; the law provides a separate request route. Audit firms in that category are subject to publication nonetheless. A register entry and publicly accessible financial statements are therefore different things. [12]
The public Reportal search lets users select entities and reporting years. The subsequent report view requests login. For larger data analysis, SARAS has a separate route: register, select the year and request access to the digital database. Access is enabled after SARAS confirms the request. [10] [15]

Official guidance: requesting a registry extract
Free one-page NAPR guidance in English. It explains entitlement, identity evidence and application points without using a real company’s data. Opening the file address directly may show a portal page instead. [7] [6] [3]
Avoid common mistakes
- An English menu does not make company names searchable by their English translations. Use the identification number or the registered Georgian-script name. [1]
- A free archive copy is not an automatically updated extract. Check its date and request a current extract as a separate product when needed. [3]
- Do not apply requirements for an entity’s authorised page to the public search. The Georgian mobile-number requirement concerns the entity’s administrative role. [4] [1]
- A registration suspended from April 2026 is not automatically a final cancellation. NAPR’s current notice allows affected entities to restore their status by 1 April 2027. [5]
- Reportal search, reader registration and filing login are different functions. The target entity’s tax credentials belong to the filing route, not ordinary reader registration. [11] [16]
Frequently asked questions
May I request an extract for a company I do not own?
Yes. NAPR states that any person may request one. The application requires the appropriate documents and fee; you can first search free without an account. [4] [7] [1]
How much does an English online extract cost?
39 GEL for standard processing within one working day, comprising 13 GEL plus the 26 GEL language surcharge. Processing on the application day totals 78 GEL, comprising 52 GEL plus 26 GEL. [3]
Can I search using only the Latin-script company name?
The register instructs users to search names in Georgian script. Prefer the identification number. If you only have an international brand name, obtain the registered Georgian name. [1]
Are all financial statements publicly accessible?
No. Article 9 provides a separate access route for fourth-category entities, with an exception for audit firms in that category. Reportal’s report view also requires reader login. [12] [10]
Does suspended mean the entity has been permanently dissolved?
Not automatically. NAPR’s notice of 4 June 2026 permits restoration by 1 April 2027 for registrations suspended on 1 April 2026. Restrictions apply during suspension, notably to representation and updating the extract. [5]
