Choose the right register

SyNERGUI is the Système National d’Enregistrement des Entreprises en République de Guinée. The official APIP website links to its Publications légales section. The public service supports company name, RCCM number, abbreviation, legal form and date-range filters. [1] [3]

A formation notice provides company and registration details. These include legal form, capital, registered office, business purpose and management. It also gives the RCCM number and date, with details of filing the company documents at the court registry. Check for later changes when you need current company information. [2]

Open Annonces légales
Open the linked SyNERGUI section. Enter the company name under “Dénomination” or its RCCM number under “Numéro RCCM”. Narrow the search by legal form or date range if needed, then select “Rechercher”. [1]
Compare the result and PDF
Check company name, legal form, RCCM number and registry date in the table. Then open Télécharger. In the PDF, use the number explicitly labelled N° RCCM because other processing references may also appear. [1] [2]
Obtain the current registry position
If you need current management, subsequent changes or a certified document, request a current extract or specified file copy from the named Greffe. SyNERGUI lists contact@gdb.gn, +224 611 46 45 45 and Villa 18, Cité des Nations, Conakry, BP 1275 as its contact. [1] [6]

Distinguish the business directory from registry notices

APIP describes its Annuaire des entreprises as a directory of company characteristics and offers businesses an entry form for visibility, introductions and support programmes. Such a listing is not equivalent to a current registry-issued extract. Use the legal notice and RCCM identifier for official verification. [4] [2]

Check differing contact details

The current SyNERGUI footer names GDB and Cité des Nations. APIP’s contact page still lists Boulbinet, info@apip.gov.gn and +224 613 00 35 30. The generated notice PDF also carries older APIP contact details. Confirm the responsible issuing and collection office before visiting or dispatching documents. [1] [5] [2]

Avoid common mistakes

The date of an incorporation notice is not verification of the company’s current status. Check subsequent changes separately. [2] [6]
Do not confuse the PDF’s N° RCCM with a separate processing reference. The table entry and the labelled RCCM value must match. [1] [2]
