Search step by step
Request the required register information
Open K-registry
Open the linked portal. On the login page, select “New Request”, then “Entity Search Request”. You can open the request form without signing in. [3]
Obtain the registration number
The form shows category “Company” and a “Registration Number” field. It also provides an entity-name field. If you lack the number, ask registry@tcifsc.tc how the office can identify the company by name. [3] [1]
Prepare applicant and contact information
Enter your name and contact details. The form asks for an email address, telephone number and postal address including country. Germany is included in the country list. Complete the displayed security code (CAPTCHA). [3]
Choose the record
The FSC forms page separates Company Search, Copies of Corporate Documents and Certificate of Good Standing. For copies, identify the exact filing and period, and specify whether certification is required. [4] [6]
Confirm charges and delivery
The official fee page links the 2019 fee regulations. These list a search at USD 50 and an uncertified copy at USD 1 per page. Agree the payment route, delivery format and any postage for your request. [5] [6] [3]
Documents and fees
| Document / information | Contents and purpose | Fee | How to get it |
|---|---|---|---|

| Uncertified or certified document copy [4] [6] | Copy or extract of a corporate filing held by the registry. | Uncertified USD 1/page; certified USD 50 up to 20 pages or USD 100 above 20 pages in the published tariff. | Find Copies of Corporate Documents on Companies Forms; identify the filing and certification needed. |
| Certificate of Good Standing [7] [6] [8] | Status certificate; the published law revision ties it to registration and paid registry charges. | USD 50 per company in the application and published tariff. | Complete the official form with applicant name, contact information, company, signature and date. |
Identify the filing you need
The Registry Department holds public corporate records. Its forms catalogue includes changes of directors and members, incorporation filings, registered-office changes and agent changes. Ask for the specific filing held for the company. [1] [4]
Search, copy and certificate fees
The still-linked 2019 regulations list USD 50 for a search and USD 50 for Good Standing. An uncertified copy costs USD 1 per page. A certified copy or extract costs USD 50 where the total certified pages do not exceed 20, or USD 100 for more than 20 pages. Confirm additional services and the current payment procedure before ordering. [5] [6]
What overseas access establishes
The search-request form accepts overseas addresses, including Germany. Agree payment and delivery with the registry for your overseas order. [3] [1]
An online application is not a delivery specification
The FSC describes K-registry as an online service and publishes downloadable application forms. This establishes an electronic entry point. Agree the format and delivery of the completed search report or certified copy separately. Depending on your requirements, ask for an emailed PDF, digital signature or paper original. [2] [4] [3]
Contact the responsible registry
Address registry questions to registry@tcifsc.tc. The Grand Turk office lists +1 649 946 2550 and +1 649 946 2791, Waterloo Plaza, P.O. Box 79. The Providenciales office is at 930 Leeward Highway, Venetian Road Settlement, P.O. Box 140, on +1 649 946 5314 or +1 649 941 8311. Agree collection or postage before travelling or paying. [1]
