Choose the right register
The finance ministry describes general company registration and publishes business@gov.tv. The International Companies Act provides a separate register for International Companies. The applicable category determines the document route. A local operational licence is another separate service. [1] [2]

Search step by step
Request documents
Identify the company and registry category
Use the complete name and any registration number. Check existing documents to establish whether the general Companies Act or International Companies Act applies. [1] [2]
Ask the official contact to identify the responsible office
Contact business@gov.tv. The ministry lists this address for company registration, including enquiries from abroad. Ask for the responsible office and current company-information procedure. A remote extract-order process is not documented. [1]
For International Companies, specify interest and documents
Section 74(6) of the 2022 revision allows a person to apply personally or through an attorney. Fully disclose the lawful interest in the company. Specify the requested incorporation documents, share register, directors’ register or annual return. [2]
Agree certification, price and delivery
Section 74(7) provides for certified copies on payment of prescribed fees but gives no amount. Confirm price, payment method, language and format beforehand. For paper, also establish collection, representation and overseas delivery. [2]

Documents available under the International Companies route
Section 74(5) of the 2022 revision treats submitted information as confidential. The following subsections provide an application route for particular certified copies with full disclosure of a lawful interest. The listed documents are Memorandum and Articles, share register, register of directors and annual return. This is not unrestricted access to the entire file. [2]
Overseas enquiries and representation
The statutory copy route says any person and permits applying personally or through an attorney. It does not waive lawful-interest disclosure or fees. The ministry page gives a contact for foreign-company enquiries. [2] [1]
Do not use an incorporation fee as an information fee
The ministry lists 100 dollars to register a company. That concerns incorporation, not a search report or extract. The International Companies copy route refers to prescribed fees without an amount. Request a separate quotation for the actual information order. [1] [2]
The company-held register of members
Section 113 of the ministry’s 2008 Companies Act edition describes inspection of the register of members and requesting copies from the company. This is distinct from obtaining certified documents from the registrar. [3]
Document delivery
The ministry describes email filing but does not specify PDF downloads or electronic certification for a company-information request. The statutory copy provision gives no delivery method either. Agree the exact version and delivery with the competent office. [1] [2]

Frequently asked questions
Can I obtain all International Company documents without giving a reason?
No. The published 2022 revision requires full disclosure of a lawful interest when applying for the listed certified copies. This is not a promise of unrestricted file inspection. [2]
Can a representative apply?
Section 74(6) expressly permits applying personally or through an attorney. Agree authority to act, delivery and any further requirements with the competent registrar. [2]
