What a search report contains

For business companies and registered foreign companies, the authority lists name, number, type, incorporation date, status and status date, current registered agent, agent address, registered office and share or capital information. Former names and transaction and certificate histories are also included. Capital information does not promise disclosure of every owner. [1]
