Search step by step
Request the right information
Identify the company and record
Provide the exact company name and registration number if known. Distinguish a summary, a copy of a filing and certified register information. The Registry accepts information requests. [1]
Contact the Registry
The official page gives yvonne.williams@judicialservices.sh and Zoe.George@judicialservices.sh for applications and information enquiries. Specify the document, relevant period and purpose. [1]
Agree issue and price
Confirm whether a website copy is sufficient or a certified paper copy is needed. Establish file format, document language, payment method and any overseas delivery before placing an order. [1]
Documents and fees
| Document / information | Contents and purpose | Fee | How to get it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website copy of a registered document [1] | Copy of a document filed in the companies register. | £10.75 per document in the official tariff. | Identify the required filing with the Registry and obtain the current retrieval route. |
| Certified copy / certificate of register information [1] | Certification of a copy or a separate certificate of register particulars. | £16.10 for certification of a copy; £37.55 for the specified certificate of information, as listed. | Request from the Company Registry and specify certification and delivery. |
Published charges
The official table lists terminal inspection at £5.35 per 20 minutes or part; printing at £1.65 per single-sided A4 page; website summary information free; a website copy of a registered document at £10.75 per document; Registrar certification of a copy at £16.10; and a certificate of register information at £37.55. The final item excludes specified incorporation, registration and dissolution certificates. These are separate tariff items, not an automatically combined package price. [1]
Annual accounts and forms
The Registry explains annual financial-statement filings under sections 128, 130 and 133 of the Companies Ordinance. It also provides forms concerning officers, members, name changes and charges. A blank form is not information about a particular company. Ask for the actual filed records and the relevant financial year. [1]
Electronic and paper access
The published tariff distinguishes website copies from printed copies. State whether you need a certified copy when ordering. Agree the file format and any overseas delivery with the registry in advance. [1]
Request beneficial-ownership information separately
Government announced PARBO on 1 July 2025. It gives amelia.gough@judicialservices.sh as the contact for access to its information in accordance with the law. Use this separate route for beneficial-ownership enquiries. [2]
