The Registro de Comercio is the commercial register within the Centro Nacional de Registros. A Constancia de Existencia certifies register information on a company’s existence and legal representatives. A Certificación Literal reproduces a particular register entry. Order the appropriate information
Define the evidence you need
Choose Constancia de Existencia for existence and legal representatives, Certificación Literal for the text of an entry, or Certificación Extractada for an extract including marginal annotations. [1]

Name availability is not a complete company profile
Consulta de Denominación y Abreviatura de Sociedades expressly checks company-name availability. Do not substitute it for an existence certificate or copy of an entry. Access blocking prevented a current result query. [3] [1]
